GBG: goBRANDgo! Rebrands to Shape Future of B2B Marketing by Swfitmarketing Insight

goBRANDgo!, a leading B2B marketing agency, has officially rebranded as GBG as of September 2024. This transformation reflects the company’s evolution over two decades and underscores its commitment to driving successful campaigns in the manufacturing, specialty construction, and professional services sectors.

“This rebranding is a natural progression that better represents who we are today and where we’re headed,” said Derek Weber, President of GBG. The shift from goBRANDgo! to GBG clarifies the agency’s core services and enhances brand recognition, an essential move as the agency positions itself as an innovative leader in B2B marketing.

Key Drivers of Change

Three main factors fueled the rebranding decision:

  1. Clarified Services: The new name emphasizes the agency’s core competencies rather than branding alone.
  1. Simplicity: GBG is a streamlined name, already embraced by clients and employees, making it easier to remember.
  1. Growth Alignment: The rebranding aligns with GBG’s maturity and innovation in the marketplace.

Brandon Dempsey, a partner at GBG, elaborated, “This isn’t just about a new name. It’s about honoring our past while embracing our future.”

Commitment to Community

Since relocating to Conflux Co-Learning in Carondelet in 2020, GBG has invested in the local community by renovating a historic building, demonstrating its dedication to local development.

Pioneering AI Innovation

GBG has also introduced CALLE (Custom AI Lead Language Engine), a proprietary AI tool that personalizes marketing strategies while ensuring data privacy. “CALLE represents the future of B2B marketing,” said Nicole Turner, Chief Product Officer. This innovative tool enhances the agency’s capabilities and will soon support clients’ sales teams with personalized content.

What’s Next for GBG?

The leadership team, including Weber, Dempsey, Turner, and others, will guide the agency’s strategic direction under the new brand. Clients can expect an updated digital presence starting in September, ensuring that service quality remains a top priority.
